ASPERON company is a polish manufacturer of conveyor rollers for conveyors used in a wide range of applications, such as production lines, storage systems, machines and others. We have been on the market for many years.

SPECIALIZATION AND PROFESSIONALISM

From the beginning, we have focused on conveyor rollers. Our machine park is equipped with modern machines, most of them designed specifically for the needs of our production, which ensures high quality and repeatability of our products.

We use our energy, knowledge and experience to constantly develop and improve our product, which are conveyor rollers. We do not want to expand the scope of our activity with the design and construction of entire conveyors or transport systems.

We want to be a reliable, trusted supplier and a stable partner for our customers, never a competition.

ASPERON ROLLERS – POLISH PRODUCT

For the production of our conveyor rollers, we use materials from Polish, proven and reliable suppliers with whom we have been cooperating for many years.

Specific components of roller construction are made by us or especially for us by Polish producers.

In the field of cooperation (galvanizing, powder painting, rubber/polyurethane coating etc), we cooperate with local subcontractors.

The machines and devices used by us for the production of conveyor rollers mostly come from Polish producers.

HIGH QUALITY AT EVERY STEP

We put emphasis on a professional and attentive approach to our clients, starting from the preparation of the offer, through the order fulfillment process, to the shipment of finished products.

Our employees are people with experience, also in the field of conveyors and internal transport systems. They are happy to advise you on choosing the right product and propose a solution tailored to customers’ needs and requirements.

At the request of our clients, we prepare documentation and technical drawings to orders.

Each element of the roller’s construction is controlled at subsequent stages of production. Finished rollers are also subject to quality and quantity control before shipment.

We carefully secure our products during transport. For packaging, we use cardboard boxes, pallets, styrofoam, bubble wrap, as well as customized wooden box-pallets.

FLEXIBILITY AND INDIVIDUAL SOLUTIONS

A large warehouse of materials and components as well as flexible working hours allow us to react quickly in urgent cases. We are able to fulfill orders within 1-2 working days.

In order to meet the expectations of our customers, we can produce non-standard products from outside our catalog. We can make rollers based on customer’s drawings, according to individually specified parameters.
